There's such a mix of words out there about miraculous healing. Some mock it saying it's all flim flam.  Others can tell you a heart-rending story of how Christians ministering to them in the name of Jesus saved their life.  What does the Bible say?

The Bible shows us a powerful connection between heaven and earth as Jesus ministered, and as His disciples ministered.  Matthew 4:23-25 tells us that,

"Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.  News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him ALL who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed; and he healed them.  Large crowds from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and the region across the Jordan followed him."

This account is marvelous.  Jesus healed all - and not just of minor things but those with major things - demon possession, paralysis, and seizures.

The stories of healing by Jesus are incredible and fill the gospel accounts, but there is more.  The disciples received this anointing through their discipling with Jesus and by the baptism of the Holy Spirit.  They carried on the same healings and miracles.

Was that just for that time?  What does scripture say about it?  In this episode you will hear stories from Acts 28 and what the events in that final chapter of the Book of Acts mean for you and me today as we seek to be healed and to heal in Jesus' name.
